Orthodontic Fees:

     The actual cost of orthodontic treatment varies widely with the severity of the problem, type of appliances used and the length of the treatment time required to correct the problem.  It is impossible to accurately give a fee without an orthodontic evaluation of the patient.  There is no charge for the "New Patient Appointment" at which time Dr. Lilley will explain the case treatment prior to the actual "Records Appointment".  The complete fee will be discussed before any treatment is started.  Many insurance plans cover a portion of the fee and may be determined prior to the beginning of treatment.

      If the patient is not ready for treatment at the first appointment then we will set up a "Recall Appointment" for the patient to come back in about 6-12 months for another check up.  There will be no charge for the recall appointments.  This recall system will enable Dr. Lilley to keep track of the patient's progress, growth development, etc. until ready to start treatment.

     We provide a payment plan in our office.  The records appointment will be $150.00 and will provide Dr. Lilley further information regarding treatment needs.  There is an initial fee at the time the upper braces are applied and the remaining fee over 20 equal monthly payments.   We do not charge interest on the payment plan and can further customize your payments to your needs.  Many of our families appreciate our fees and the payment methods used at our office.  For more information please call and we will further explain our payment plan and answer any questions you might have regarding yourself or your child's orthodontic needs.
